Mama Said There'll Be Days Like This

Yesterday morning was one of Those Days.

After redirecting and reprimanding for the bazillionth time, I cried out in desperation:

"Good lord, isn't ANYONE listening to me today??"

To which Princess #3 happily replied,

"Not me!"

Sigh.

  4. I ADORE your blog and your little family!

Mr. Graves and I have often spoken about what it would be like to have a house full of princesses and though I'm kind of keen on the idea, as you can understand he is terrified at the thought! I grew up with three sisters and LOVED how you defined each of your girls. If I were to make a similar list of myself and my sisters we'd fall in much the same way! Looking forward to reading more about Planet Pink!

  6. Lol! I've learned never to ask my girls a question if I'm not prepared to hear their answer. Hope you have a better day.

  7. Oh my goodness I can only imagine what it will be like when my little one starts talking. lol. Your little #3 is too cute! I hope they start listening and easing up on you. I do love that it seems that the Lord gives me a break somehow just when the day seems like it can't get any more exhausting, somehow he gives me a little quiet time or super natural mental break to tackle the next chunk of the day. I pray that with four little ones you get those little breaks as often as possible cuz I know we all need them:)

  8. I'm having one of those myself. I'm outnumbered by the overflow of testosterone in this house.

  13. This is hilarious! I laughed when I read it!!

I have another question - how are you liking Disqus? I'm thinking about using it on my blog, but I don't know a lot about it. I need to look into it more.

  14. I LOVE that I can reply directly to a comment from my email, and that it threads the comments and replies on my blog. Before when I would reply to someone in the comments it would just appear at the bottom. So I think this is much easier. I also like how people can "like" a comment, sorta like facebook. BUT (and this is a big but), when I made the switch I lost all comments that came before. :-( Disqus has an option to import all your old Blogger comments but everytime I've tried I've gotten an error. I have a support ticket into Disqus and they are working on it, but I suppose there's no guarantee I'll get those comments back. So, I would definitely be wary right now, especially if all those comments are really important to you. I HOPE they figure it out, because other than that I have no issues.

  15. Can you believe these pictures were taken the first time we did something together as families? Look how young #3 is! And my post/pre pregnancy belly was so much smaller than my post/post belly is now. AND we were OUTside!! Ugh its miserable weather.
